![]() ![]() "please come get your stuff back quickly as we need room in our yard". And they said all this without ANY mention of regret or apology. But when I said no- and wanted all the items returned- they told me they lost the extra set of keys to the ATVs, lost the paper work I provided to them on the ATVs and lost the locking lug nut to the trailer wheels (yikes). I thought this was strange way to deal given the amount I have spent over several years- but OK- fair enough- they want to make money. To renew the consignment agreements, he required that I lower the atv prices by over $2,500 and agree to a commission as high as they can get. When I returned to renew the agreements at lower prices, I found myself dealing with a new Sales Manager (John Bobela). ![]() They agreed to a 10% commission on the ATVs. I have been buying from them for last 7 years- purchasing over $50,000 of goods and services (2 snowmobiles and 5 atvs) Several months ago, I consigned 2 atvs and a Triton Trailer to them. Had an extremely negative experience with this place. Now I am no longer a customer of theirs (we made our first purchase there in 2001) and when talking to other riders will promote other options in the area.įrom this experience and other reviews it seems that a lot of their issues could be mitigated by significantly improving their communication skills. At the time I offered the service guy to make it right and said that I could come back another day if he just fixes that and I only pay for the new valve stem. I always give everyone a chance to make it right, but there is a principle involved. I called a couple of other shops and asked what they would do if that were to happen and the guy said "obviously replace the valve stem because that could be dangerous" and is an easy thing to explain. Last Saturday I wanted to ride and went to get air in the tires when the valve stem broke off and air was gushing out. I also said that they could have just called me and I would have approved that over the phone, its a no brainer. uhm what!? I asked why that wasnt just done at the same time since the tires were off already and now I would pay again for basically the same work, the answer "oh we dont want to charge customers for things they didnt approve", to which I replied that no rider in their right mind would have a problem with adding a $10 part if it means that they dont crash because of a sudden flat or have to pay for all the labor again to take off the tires. When I picked it up I was told that the valve stems will need to be replaced at some point too. ![]()
